Jacques Lecoq recognizes as one of the most influential teachers of the physical art of acting in the 20th century. Lecoq emphasized the weak points of his students through teaching in a negative way, and to achieve this goal, he used the mask and the clown's acting style .Jeffrey Young, a psychologist, psychotherapist and university professor, is one of the founders of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and the director of the Schema Therapy Institute. Schema therapy is a treatment method for personality disorders and chronic mental disorders. In this Thesis of psychology, Jeffrey Young proposes an idea called "social isolation schema". He believes that some lines in the family, society, etc. make people unable to have a good relationship with others. That is why they go into isolation because that's the only place where they feel comfortable. In this research title, the author intends to offer suggestions from Lecoq's clown exercises, considering the field of psychodrama and emphasizing the idea of "social isolation schema" by Jeffrey Young, which seems to be useful for people who work and research in this thesis. Psychodrama as a therapeutic process is a method that helps the participants in the therapeutic process to recreate and implement their social and psychological problems in a real context and not just talk about the problems. The current research focuses on the importance of knowing psychological theories in the thesis of art and specifically in the field of acting. The main topic of this research is the proposal of Lecoq's clown method for the thesis of psychodrama, focusing on the idea of Jeffrey Young's social isolation schema. After researching in this article, the authors of the treatise has found five practical exercises in the article of treatment of social isolation schema by Lecoqs' clown.
